Our story

Rooted in Cameroon. Reaching across Central Africa.

LDMK Trading S.A.U. — Logistique et Distribution de Matières K-Energy Trading — was founded to bring discipline, compliance and partner-first commerce to the downstream petroleum market in Cameroon and the CEMAC region.

Our registered office is in Sangmélima, with commercial operations in Douala and a new branch opening in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. We focus on one thing and do it properly: the import and domestic distribution of refined petroleum products — gasoline, gasoil (diesel), Jet A-1, fuel oil, LPG, kerosene, base oils and bitumen.

Every cargo we handle is sourced from vetted counterparties, inspected by independent surveyors, priced against the PLATT’S European Market Scan benchmark, and delivered under strict KYC, AML and sanctions-compliant frameworks — in full alignment with the regulatory framework set by MINEE, CSPH and SCDP.

Our Mission

To ensure a reliable, compliant and transparent supply of refined petroleum products to Cameroon and the CEMAC region — and to empower the progress of every partner, every customer and every community we serve along the way.
